 Finca Bella Vista - House TerrazaThe house Terraza is located on the Finca Bella Vista. The living area of the holiday home amounts to ca. fifty five square metres. A small breakfast terrace at the entrance area offers a wonderful view on the Atlantic. If you have a penchant for sunbathing, the house disposes of a fifty square metres big roof terrace where you can enjoy the sun from sunrise to sunset. Furthermore, the terrace offers an unrestricted view over the Atlantic as well as on the Teide. The impressions of the nature that you will catch here are going to leave you speechless. The terrace is equipped with beach chairs and a table with chairs. The holiday home Terraza disposes of a living room with a fitted kitchen, a bed chamber with a double bed and a fitted cupboard and a bathroom with a shower as well as a bidet. The fitted kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle, a juice extractor and a toaster. The living room is equipped with a heating for cold nights and a television with sat-receiver. Apart from that, a washing machine and Wi-Fi is available for a small fee. The internet access is charged with Euro 1.00 per night; the usage of the washing machine including washing powder costs Euro 3.00 per washing cycle. Furthermore, there is a big barbecue in our garden. You are welcome to use it at any time!

¹ All prices are VAT inclusive and for an occupancy of up to two persons per night. For each additional person we charge Euro 13.00; children under thirteen years are charged with Euro 6.00. An additional charge of a one day rental fee is made for the final cleaning.
Internet Access by Wi-Fi is available in all houses of the Finca La Gaviota, Finca Bella Vista and in all den apartments in Alcala. |
