Travel Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your booking by letter or phone call at any time. In case you resign from the contract or do not set forth on your journey, we will demand a compensation for our expenses and losses. The compensation is regulated according to the following blanket charge. By resigning from the contact you will be charged:

10% of the rental fee up to 4 months before the start of the journey
20% of the rental fee up to 2 months before the start of the journey
50% of the rental fee up to 1 month before the start of the journey
70% of the rental fee up to 3 weeks before the start of the journey
80% of the rental fee up to 2 weeks before the start of the journey
100% of the rental from 2 weeks before the start of the journey

The lodger is entitled to transfer the accommodation to another person. However, it has to be arranged with us. The cancellation of the rental car is charged with Euro 25.00.

On this account, we advise you to purchase travel cancellation insurance. Unfortunately, we do not sell them. They can be bought either in travel agencies or directly at the airlines when booking your flight. The costs are usually low. Please pay attention that the insurance covers cancellation fees of the flight as well as of the accommodation.
